Job Description
As one of the Finance Business Partners for our Sales Network, you’ll be the finance lead for your region’s P&L. You’ll translate financial data into practical insights, influence operational decision‑making, and partner with leadership and supporting teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements.
What you’ll do:
Act as the primary finance partner to a region within our branch network and its teams, building strong relationships and supporting commercial decisions with clear, timely financial insight.
Support with budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring for the full Network; driving alignment with the UK budget and Group metrics.
Use data analytics to quickly identify performance trends, risks and opportunities, and communicate findings in a way that drives action.
Support the Commercial Finance Director in strategy development and delivery across the UK Supply Chain.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives: design, implement and monitor plans that improve productivity and financial outcomes.
Take on ad‑hoc company‑wide projects and support cross‑functional workstreams as required.
Participate in regular on‑site visits (at least once a week) to embed partnership with operational teams and promote excellence.
