- Supporting people to recognise that they are valued members of society.
- Supporting people to become involved with local community initiatives and services
- Supporting people to engage with local training, volunteering and educational providers.
- Learn whilst living in Supported Accommodation, how to play their part in building a community.
- ngaging with local organisations to gain employment focussed skills.
- Supporting people, into and through education, training and meaningful activities.
- Planning and implementation of achieving personal goals.
- Supporting People to be a valued member of society
- Working with people, make positive changes, whilst recognising individuality and giving a sense of purpose.
Applicants will require an NVQ Level 2, ideally 3
