Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

A highly regarded and Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Oxford is looking to appoint a committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is eager to develop their career within a high-quality early years setting.

In this role, the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Build strong and positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills expected of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
