My client, a national forklift dealership, is currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join their busy team in Leigh . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Track service intervals and safety checks
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date in line with legal requirements
  • Raise invoices and process payments
  • Prepare quotes for forklift hire, sales, and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, service history, and compliance documentation
