As the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with a range of teams across the business, providing financial insight, challenge, and support to drive informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with commercial and operational teams to support performance and strategic initiatives
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insight to senior stakeholders
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
- Reviewing revenue streams, cost drivers, and margins to identify risks and opportunities
- Building financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and commercial strategy
- Enhancing reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to improve visibility and understanding
- Supporting month-end processes and contributing to overall financial reporting accuracy
- ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience in a Finance Business Partner, FP&A, or commercial finance role
- Background within IT, technology, SaaS, or a similar fast-moving, data-led sector
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Commercially focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a changing environment
