About the Role:
A high-achieving and forward-thinking secondary school in South East London is seeking to appoint an ambitious and dedicated Teacher of Product Design.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and well-established Design & Technology department, delivering high-quality lessons across KS4 and KS5.

You will play a key role in delivering a creative and ambitious Product Design curriculum, supporting students to develop practical skills, technical knowledge, and innovative thinking in a well-resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Product Design lessons across KS4 & KS5
• Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and challenging lessons
• Support student progress, attainment, and coursework outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum planning and development within DT
• Maintain a safe, organised, and effective workshop environment
• Uphold high expectations of behaviour and achievement

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS and a relevant Design/Product Design degree
• Experience teaching Product Design at KS4 & KS5
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for design and technology

• A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching
