- Experienced in components/ parts warehouse
- A good standard of education to include numeracy and literacy
- Computer and keyboard literate
- Practical and sound business common-sense
- NVQ II Warehouse and Distribution
- FLT licence is desirable
- Practical on the job distribution/warehouse skills, health and safety manual handling, import/export documentation
- Experience and knowledge of Goods In
- Picking and packing experience
- Administration and computer systems within warehouse operation
- Logistics and transportation
- Work within customer-based core industries or competitive companies
- Modern distribution/logistics techniques and methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail in planning, execution, and follow-through.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals and objectives.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when required
